Logo & PSA Contest Award Ceremony
The Long Island Network of Community Services (LINCS) and BiasHELP Inc. will celebrate the participation of Long Island youth in our logo contest, Bullying Awareness Week activities, and PSA contest. The winning logo and PSA will be announced and viewed, and the winning youth and school that raised the most amount of money during Bullying Awareness Week will be honored. The Award Ceremony will include photo opportunities and media coverage.
Chef's Secrets 7
Chef’s Secrets, produced by the Long Island Network of Community Services, Inc. (LINCS), is a fundraising event to support the Long Island Association for AIDS Care, Inc. (LIAAC) and BiasHELP, Inc.. Since its inception this event has grown to having over 300 Long Islanders in attendance, with many corporate sponsors.
This year Chef’s Secrets 7 will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the de Seversky Mansion in Old Westbury and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Join us for a food and beverage celebration of the highest caliber as several top chefs prepare their award-winning signature dishes right in front of your eyes. This open-style presentation will feature a sumptuous array of tasting stations with suggested Thanksgiving appetizers, entrees, side dishes, and desserts with an ethnic flair. Best of all, these culinary artists will divulge their secrets for serving up fine cuisine celebrated with a sense of occasion. Impress your guests this holiday season by creating your own cuisine nouveau to satisfy every palate. The tasting will be accompanied by a raffle and silent auction, which will include gift certificates to Long Island’s best restaurants as well as show tickets, performing arts packages, local getaways, and several salon packages.
